As each number plate is made to order and they are non refundabl. Once you have submitted your details the number plate will be made exactly how you have specified. Please double check before submitting. If you believe your product is faulty or have an issue please contact us via the contact page.
Opening Hours
Our office opening hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday, except on national holidays at which our offices will be closed. If you wish to contact us outside of these hours, we are available 24/7 via emails and live chat.

As the materials we use are at the very highest of quality, every style of plate comes with a 12 MONTHS WARRANTY, this includes UV protection, lamination peel + raised letter adhesive. (one of the only companies to offer such an extensive warranty).

Certificate of entitlement (V750 or V750NI) to the number
Retention document (V778) – not applicable in Northern Ireland
A renewal reminder for vehicle tax or SORN (V11 or V11NI)
Temporary registration certificate (V379 or V379NI)
A number plate authorisation certificate (V948) with an official stamp from the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) or Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA)
An electronic number plate authorisation certificate (eV948)
A letter of authorisation from a fleet operator (including lease or hire company) quoting the document reference number from the registration certificate
PLEASE NOTE
If you select the legal option then, by law, each number plate must be marked with the following information: The British Standard number (currently BS AU 145e) The name or trade mark of the manufacturer or component supplier (Ours reads Bespoke Plates ltd) Name and postcode of the supplying outlet.

Tinted plates are sold strictly as show plates" By choosing tinted plates you are acknowledging the fact that they are not legal plates and are ONLY show plates.
PLEASE DO NOT USE SCREWS OR DRILL HOLES INTO OR NEAR THE LETTERING AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE CHARACTERS. PLEASE ONLY USE SCREWS IF THE SCREW HOLES ARE AT THE ENDS OR TOP OF THE PLATES. WE RECOMMEND YOU USE STICKY PADS.
